Sweat it out!
Mustard baths have been used as a remedy for colds, stress & achy muscles. It stimulates the sweat glands, opening pores and allowing the body to rid itself of toxins.
Ginger assists with healthy detoxification, again promoting the body to sweat and expel accumulated toxins. Loaded with anti-inflammatory properties, relieving muscle pain & tension.
Directions: Use a handful of detox bath powder in hot running water. Soak for at least 20 minutes (the longer the better)
This is not an Instagram worthy bath!
Warning – Not suitable for kids, pregnant women or those with heart /kidney problems.

- Zingiber officinale root powder(ginger)
- Brassica Rapa seed extract(mustard)
- Magnesium sulfate
- Citrus Limon peel oil(lemon)
