Shower steamers – Blocked sinuses

These shower steamers are made using 100% natural menthol crystals and essential oils.

They are designed to fizz on the shower floor and slowly release the vapour into the steam to ease blocked sinuses. Depending on your shower size, simply place the steamer (or half) on the shower floor. Not in the direct line of fire…but just to the side so that the steamer gets a few drops at a time and releases the menthol slower.
